Fuyuki Shimazu
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1987. Graduated from Tama Art University Department of Information Design in 2012. Worked in advertising agency, became an artist in 2015. Started “CARTON”, creating wallets from cardboards left on the streets and storefronts since 2009.
Currently, holding exhibitions and workshops locally and internationally. In addition, collecting cardboards from over 35 countries. Documentary film “FROM All Corners” (Directed by Ryusuke Okajima) is available. First essay, “段ボールはたからもの” (Published by Tsubaki Shobo) is also available.
