・The more people use chopsticks, the less CO2
-383,600 kg, which is the amount of CO2 that hashi-coo aims to reduce in a year. Reduce CO2 emissions by reviewing materials and processes. Increase the amount of CO2 absorbed by the forest cycle. To continue to make happy and ethical products by passing on the skills of the local craftspeople. Hashi-coo will continue to consider what we can do from every perspective to make using chopsticks a truly pleasant experience.

・Four different times to prepare the cycle of the forest
We want to help the forest cycle by cutting down trees and making chopsticks. The four time limits are also a standard for maintaining cleanliness and the delicate comfort of eating. The shape of the chopsticks is also designed to make the most of the wood and to improve yield.

・Packaging with low environmental impact
A package that ultimately ends up in the trash. We use packaging materials made by a material manufacturer that works to reduce CO2 emissions in the manufacturing process. By making the package compact, we also aim to reduce CO2 emissions by reducing the volume during transportation.
