Poundcake made of Tamba’s famous produce: Tamba chestnut and Tamba black beans. We used our own chestnut shochu and black bean shochu. The cake is very moist in texture and the shochu brings out the adult flavors and tastes.

Kurika is a simple expression of the Tamba chestnut and Kurokashiroka expresses the contrast between the black beans in the white poundcake. On the side of the packaging, an illustration of our brewery is drawn. Each packaging base color represents the color of the cake dough: Kurika is light yellow and Kurokashiroka is white.
