DESIGN:

We wanted customers to buy our products for souvenir. Cute and nostalgic, the design is based on the image of a rice ball and the packaging uses tetra pak.

PRODUCT:

SHIRO-MECHI。is Niigata’s delicious rice chips. It uses rice puree made by heating, pressurizing and stirring rice into a semi-liquid form. Then it is hand baked one by one in a circular shape. It’s ultra-thin texture is something that cannot be obtained by manufacturers. 100% non-fry and additive-free with a crispy new texture.
