Native land, the pure age of barefoot stepping on the dirt; capturing the frogs under the sunset at harvested rice fields; dragonfly flying over the miscanthus in continuous rain; starry night with only cicadas and frogs tweet. Small loach in the paddy fields; egrets resting in rows in the swamp. Using of banana peel, pineapple skin to capture the beetles; fish and shrimp becoming best playmates. These childhood best friends have accompanied us growing up, yet slowly disappearing by our side, which has become more precious.

Based on five Taiwanese endemic species which are Formosan Black Bear (Uru), Formosan Sika Deer (Chubby), Taiwan Dog (Layne), Farmland Tree frog (Toby), and Prionailurus Bengalensis (Bonnie), we use them to voice for Taiwanese local fruits and sustainability. These cute animals are called Taiwanimal. The fruit converses grasp the sweetness of the original fruits. We chose small red iron containers as tea canisters to match with the packaging design based on green and wooden images. We would like to convey the specialty of Taiwan with five Taiwanese endemic species and local fruits; in order to make foreign friends know further about Taiwan and cherish this land. Let’s come together to feel the warmness of Formosa. Moreover, to advocate being environmental friendly and protective of the mother earth.
