This is a flavor map of the wild highlands — interwoven, connecting to the landscape of a garden.

The first pairing captures the rugged texture of the wild highlands: rich, locally grown Taiwanese peanuts embody abundance, aged Parmesan's savory ferment speaks of time, and the fragrance of Dong Ding Oolong from Lugu Lianshan's five-star tea factory echoes the breath of the mountain peak — together weaving Taiwan's terroir into a mature, layered taste.

The second pairing traces the garden's vertical structure: dark chocolate grounds it in earthy, mineral depth, roselle brings a ruby-bright acidity, and vanilla wraps it all in warmth like sunlight — sweet, sour, and bitter interwoven into one complete flavor.
