The concept is “enjoy sake outdoors”. SOUJO KUBOTA SEPPOU is a type of KUBOTA SEPPOU to be enjoyed with ‘melting snow and sprouting’ and ‘arrival of spring’ or ‘spring in the air’. The carefully selected rice goes through low temperature fermentation and ice temperature storage to maintain its refreshing and fragrant flavor. Fresh scent of muscat and muskmelon can be enjoyed, along with the balanced sweetness and sourness of the rice flavor and fragrance that softy spreads. Enjoy the crispness and sharpness at 10 to 15 degrees and the blossoming or unfolding fragrance at room temperature. Pair it with spring vegetables, herbaceous wild plants, or other outdoorsy dishes.

The bottle and packaging uses pure white to convey the image of spring, aligning with the world view of the flagship KUBOTA SEPPOU. It’s slender body expresses the refreshing and light flavor. It also pays particular attention to the touch and feel of the bottle when pouring out the sake.
