In the label design, the omusubi (Japanese rice balls)'s "rice (white)" and "nori, dried seaweed (black)" is expressed straightforwardly. The product name is in a distinctive typography and creates the outlook of the brand. I aimed to break preconceived notions surrounding Japanese sake packaging.
