Junmai Sake “FUKUKIRI,” Born from the Blessings of Nature
FUKUKIRI is a natural junmai sake brewed using pesticide-free rice and century-old spring water from the sacred Mount Hakusan, crafted with a traditional brewing method that has been passed down for over 400 years.

It features a complex and layered flavor profile created by blending three types of undiluted sake, each with different levels of acidity, aroma, and aging. The result is a sake with a multidimensional taste that unfolds and evolves with each sip.

Its flavor spreads gently like mist, leaving behind a lingering aftertaste filled with good fortune. It balances strength and serenity, gradually shifting over time.

The bottle design embodies this philosophy. Avoiding excessive decoration, it pursues a quiet, dignified presence. The washi paper label features embossed rings that express the aroma and flavor spreading like ripples—delivering the full experience, from sight and touch to the final lingering impression.
