This paper bag was initially posted as a joke on Nissin Food's official social media accounts, and was not intended for sale.
However, the post received an overwhelming amount of feedback and response that got us talking: "It might be really interesting if we actually sold this" —and the person in charge finally made it.
Our ultimate goal of commercializing what was posted as a joke on our social media was to build strong customer engagement with our Cup Noodles.
As of September 2016, Nissin Food Group's online store was renewed, allowing more people to easily purchase the bag.
If you take it out to the streets, there is no doubt that you would get a lot of attention."
